  • Passive Voice with Present Perfect.

 

Active –>    Subject   +   (have, has + PP))         + object

Passive –>   Object     +  (have, has  + been)      + Past Participle (P.P)

 

Active –> They have sent the book to the office.

Passive –> The book has been sent to the office.

 

Active –> She has bought the cats from the neighbors. 

Passive –> The cats have been bought from the neighbors. 

 

Active –> We have already discussed the weather. 

Passive –> The weather has already been discussed

 

  • Passive Voice with Past Perfect.

 

Active –>      Subject   +   (had + PP))          + object

Passive –>    Object     +  (had  + been)       + Past Participle (P.P)

 

Active –> They had robbed the Central Bank before the police arrived.

Passive –> The Central Bank had been robbed before the police arrive 

 

Active –> I had disconnected the electricity before the technician  came.

Passive –> The electricity had been disconnected before the technician came. 

 

Rewrite the sentences
